This site is the culmination of my decades-long love affair with pie irons. I'm not a professional chef, nor am I a cooking enthusiast. I'm a girl who loves making disc-shaped food over a fire. Pie irons don't judge; they don't care if the cherries you're using are organic or if the word "artisan" appears on the label of your ingredients.
